Sending scheduled monthly reports with a customized email message

Hello,

We send monthly automated reports with Financial Edge NXT. The recipients receive a basic message that merely says 'click here to download report' or something similar. Also, the email comes from BlackBaud and not from someone in our organization.

When I used to use QuickBooks, I was able to change the email message that accompanied the reports on a monthly basis to something like "Please find attached your report for the month of January… Please note that…." Also, the email came from me (even though QB sent it) which put the recipient at ease regarding the legitimacy of the email.

Is it possible to do something like this with Financial Edge NXT? If not, is this a feature that will become available in the future?
