Unable to add new clients in AR

Has anyone else ran into this issue? When I go to add new clients in webview it says "You do not have rights to access Receivables business rules settings" I have to go into database to be able to enter in customers for now. Anyone else with this issue?

    I would contact support. Sounds like a back end issue. I saw a similar problem, and support had to fix it to get the error gone and allow users to save clients in webview, but was unaffected by it in DB view.
