Sales Order Query on Packages
Has anyone successfully crafted a query that returns package information per sales order?
Similar to the won't-fix bug impacting Promo Codes (KB 195895), simply adding any output field under Sales Order Item\Sales Order Item Ticket\Program\Event Packages returns information for ALL packages, not just the one tied to the ticket purchase.
The same happens with adding an output field under the incredibly granular Order Item\Sales Order Item Ticket\Tickets\Sales Order\Sales Order Item\Sales Order Item Ticket\Program\Event Packages

Hi @Joe Killian I'm sorry no responses have come through on your query. I can try and move it over to Altru API in Sky Developer, if you'd like. I know you mentioned you'd rather not use API. I am checking with another team member on this. In the meantime, an alternative would be to open a support case to see if crafting a query is possible in this instance. Thanks!

Thanks for the follow-up and looping in other staff! In part, I need to keep this in query so that I can consume an ODATA feed for third party integration, though I am also curious to see what API options there are now.
I do have a support case open, as I believe this is a defect with query, similar to how attempting to query on discount promo codes is broken (KB 195895). My support case seems to have stalled, if you'd be able to help there too, I'd be hugely grateful. Case #020739269.1 -
