Gift Management
Not sure if this is where to ask. I noticed under gift management (overview) in Raiser's Edge, when I click to edit the batch before I approve, I can no longer change the gift type to other. This is not helpful, because going into the database and just making it zero and then reentering the gift, still makes this show up on a query when we do tax statements at the end of the year. We do events registrations that are not gifts, and I need them to say other so they stay off our queries. I have a co-worker that produces the letters and we end up printing about 500 letters we didn't need to.
