We’re looking for Raiser’s Edge NXT users to participate in a 20-25 minute, self‑paced research activity about how you expect to find features in the menu as navigation continues to evolve.

You’ll complete navigation tasks and share short audio or video feedback. There are no right or wrong answers—your perspective and thought process are what matter.

We’re hoping to hear from people in a variety of roles and perspectives, so if you know colleagues in different roles who also use Raiser’s Edge NXT that would be interested, please feel free to share this opportunity with them.

    @Stephanie M Pratt, I'm interested, but am wondering if there's information about keeping donor information private while doing this activity.

    @Sara Niemiec - you won't be sharing your screen or anything - no donor information will be shared with us.

    The activtiy will open a survey tool and will ask you to react to navigation labels and complete navigation tasks where you click where you think you'd go to complete that task.

    Hi Stephanie, It says before consenting that "We will record the session, including shared content/computer screens, and take notes to record your comments.  Recordings may be transcribed to assist with analysis. - sounds like screens are shared but any personal identifying information blurred out?

    I too would like to participate, but re: donor data privacy, what Stephanie from Blackbaud says here doesn't square with what end user Sara pointed out Blackbaud's invite says. 4 business days later Blackbaud still hasn't responded to that. Oh dear.

    Apologies for the delay - I must have missed the notification of your message and just got notified of Shar's response. We have a default consent form to cover all studies. The only recording for this study is voice or video response to the first and last question sharing your thoughts around the navigation menu or where was confusing in completing the tasks. There is no screen sharing for this study.

    Appreciate the question so we can refine the language in the standard form!
