What’s New 

We’re excited to share several powerful enhancements now available in Financial Edge NXT web view. These updates are designed to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and give you greater visibility into your financial operations. 

• Improved void one-time checks workflows  
• Receivables enhancements: 
  • Manage returns 
  • Add, edit, delete recurring invoices 
• Improved visibility into vendor Payment Assistant enrollment 

The following features are in EAP for some customers. 

• Blackbaud AI - Chat 
• Automated deposits - only for gifts disbursed through Blackbaud Merchant Services (now part of Blackbaud Integrated Payments) 

The following features are in LA for some customers. 

• Background report generation, so you can keep working without interruption 
• Receivables third-party applications

What’s Next 

We’re currently working on several features and enhancements for Financial Edge NXT web view. Here are some of the updates you’ll see in upcoming releases: 

• Expenses and Payables — Generate invoice requests 
• Allocations — Manage references, groups, sequencing, and indirect cost allocations 
• Automated deposits —  Only for gifts disbursed through Blackbaud Merchant Services (now part of Blackbaud Integrated Payments) 
• Public sector bodies report (Canada customers) — Will be available in Receivables with updated filters 
• Business activity statement (Australia and New Zealand customers) — Will be available in Receivables with updated filters 

Keep an eye on What’s Next and in‑product notifications so you’re ready as soon as these features become available. 

Total Web Solution Journey 

We’re on the home stretch! We will complete our Total Web Solution (TWS) journey in the first half of 2026, and we truly appreciate your partnership as you continue adopting new web‑based functionality.
