Accounts Receivable Recurring Invoices Line Items Showing Incorrect Date!!!

I am needing to have the line item date equal the invoice date for recurring invoices in Accounts Receivable. All the line item dates show the date I created the invoice, not the date of the invoice. For example, today I created some recurring invoices for 4/1/26. The invoice date is correct and shows 4/1/26. However, when I go into the line item, the line item date shows 3/30/26. This is incorrect! I need it to show the same date as the invoice date, otherwise my general ledger and AR module will not match. PLEASE CORRECT!

Yes, this is a problem for us also! We are running the recurring for 4/1 tomorrow so that there are no issues. This definitely needs to be corrected by BB.

Same for us. I have not been able to locate default date set ups in NXT. Shouldn't the database default set ups also be available in NXT?

They should be but I haven't located them either. I know some things have not carried over from the database to NXT, but this is one thing that absolutely needs to be there! It's causing major issues for us.

@LeeAnn Schmidtberger following up on this and wanted to let you know that our team has filed a defect to resolve this. Recurring invoice line items should always default to the Invoice date, per the Recurring Invoice schedule, regardless of any defaults. You don't have to, but if you haven't already, you can create a case with support so they can ensure you get notification when this is resolved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

This is also an issue for us and when we messaged support, they told us that it was designed to pull a different date than the invoice date and to just generate invoices on the 1st of the month. Do you have an estimated date of when this will be resolved?

So frustrating! Happening for us as well almost a month later on 4/24/26.
