SKY Add-ins – New Communications Extension Points

Communications extension points – You can now extend the Communications Overview page in Development Office with new SKY Add-in extension points.

• Communications Tile Dashboard
• Communications Page Action
• Planned Communication List

New data extension capability – This release introduces a new SKY Add-in capability that supports extending Blackbaud data with third‑party data. This capability lets external applications provide additional data that Blackbaud products can surface alongside existing results.

Lists are the first extension point to use this capability. As an initial example, the Planned Communication List supports displaying one or more custom rows alongside standard list results, allowing additional data or functionality to appear directly in context.

The following example shows a custom row added to the Planned communications list.
