It is very hard to understand right now, and me (among others) are asking Blackbaud to provide more clarity about this. There is a PUB on May 7 about Premium and AI features that might provide the answer, so I do recommend watching that.

This article is likely to be referenced, but I don't find it terribly helpful. The link in the first paragraph is to this blog post, which does not mention the data health agentic features.

My take on it right now is that it is mixed. It reminds me of Prospect Insights - they are offering a little bit of it to everyone, but a more robust version is available for a fee.

Hi @Jennifer Krueger & @Karen Diener —- Today the only available Agent for Good is the Development Agent. The Development Agent is a fundraising agent that can be brought onto your team if you're using any package of Raiser's Edge NXT. Development Agent communicates 1:1 via email and SMS (unlimited) to cultivate and nurture donors. It is an additional fee beyond other AI tools that assist or provide insights.

On the Agents for Good Product Update Briefing, we shared some future Agents we're researching. Specifically we shared some prototypes we're using in our user research from for a potential future Data Health Agent that would add capacity and take action to improve data health and help with AI readiness for organizations. We do not have any date for early adopter testing programs, nor any pricing/packaging for this at this time. It's still very much in research phases. (The recordings of all the Product Update Briefings including the Agents for Good one will be posted on demand for access starting May 8th on this page)

Today every Raiser's Edge NXT customer has many data health tools available — though this differs depending on your region. For US customers you can find these via the Data Health Center.

I too was a little vague on which features were "just" the AI part of the session, which were the Premium NXT features (or both!), but since nearly everything sounded like it was for US or Canada and I'm in the UK, I don't mind too much 🤣I was just curious to see what fellow BB users over the pond were getting.

I'm interested in becoming certified in AI so this session was great to see. I've been in some of the other Agent for Good sessions so this was a review for me but interesting to see where they are at with this. I'll be watching for additional AI features.
