Printed Form from API Inquiries Includes all Fields

We pushing inquiries into Enrollment Management using the inquiries/create endpoints (https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/afe-edems/v1/inquiries). This is working well, but the resulting "Print Inquiry Form" function in "Admissions > Admissions management > Process Inquiries" is printing all fields, including custom, even if they are not set or have no value. I am not aware of a way to configure this, but is there a way to prevent all fields from printing? The resulting file is 5 pages when it could be 1.

Normal Inquiries in the product require a form. You get to decide on the fields to include when creating the inquiry form.

For the API call to work, the process requires an inquiry form. We have hidden system form with all the fields on it. The side effect of that is that printing the inquiry produces a form with all the fields.
