Error 500 when loading constituents/v1/actions

For about 2 weeks now, I continue to get this server error. Everything else loads just fine if this table is not set to load. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Failed to save modifications to the server.     Hi @Genny Parker Can you provide more context? Are you using a Connector or making a direct API call? How much data are you expecting from this call?

    I'm using the standard PowerBI connector. I'm not sure how to decrease the size
