Does anyone have a workaround for an issue on the Medical Form? In sections such as Medical Conditions, families have the option to select Other, but there is no accompanying text field for them to indicate what the condition is. I believe the Allergies section has the same problem as well.

Hi @Michelle Amaya I'm asking my team about this. I would also recommend opening a support ticket to ensure Blackbaud is aware of the missing text field on the medical condition form. Thanks!

I have the same problem! I just tell the parents to email me if their condition, allergy, or medication is not on the list, but it would be great to be allow them to enter something for "other."

On the Medical Conditions tab of our health forms, we add a text box in red font at the end that reads, "If you need to add a condition that is not listed in the pull-down menu, there will be an opportunity at the end to add free-text conditions." Then, we've added a Other Information tab at the end of our health form (using the Medical History 'part') for the parent to free text anything that wasn't in our list. Part of our workflow of processing incoming forms is to see what 'other' information parents have submitted and then map it to one of our existing conditions or add a new condition to the table and then select if for this students.
