Optimized forms prepopulated "other" amount and intelligent Ask

We are getting ready to start using donation forms and while we really like the optimized forms there are a couple reasons why we would not be able to use it.

1. unlike the standard form where there is a box that says "other amount" in optimized the "other amount" box already has a prepopulated amount in it. I believe this might be related to the intelligent ask algorithm. Our constituent base will look at that and not realize that it is editable.
2. Only being able to choose the low and high amounts that are shown on the form. It would be great if we could choose to use intelligent ask or not.

I did see that there is 2 ideas that I already voted on and if you agree please go vote! Also if you have any ideas of how to use these forms without having that show up would also be greatly appreciated.

Voted. I would love more control.

As I understand it there is a difference between what the optimized forms do when you give them a high and a low and the intelligent ask. The first is based on math of what makes sense to be in the middle of the high and low and the second picks the all the ask amounts for a potential donor that visits the form.
