Action.Webrequest Help

Hi, I am trying to make an adaptive card with the trigger as an action where data is pulled from an adaptive card on the constituent page. I created the adaptive card with choices, and have a submit button. I am now trying to get the submit button to trigger the adaptive card with an action trigger. When I change the "type":Action.Webrequest" and add the url in the Adaptive Card, I receive a message 'Compose Adaptive Card JSON' Invalid JSON. Here is the coding. The URL I am using was copied from "Manual" in the adaptive card with action trigger.
