Prospects in Identification Power Automate email alert

Hi all,

Has anyone set up a flow that alerts you via email when one of your prospects in the Prospect Status of "Identification" makes a gift? I've been trying to wrap my head around how to set this one up. Currently I have an NXT list created, grouping them together by the Prospect Status.

You can do this one of 2 ways:

1. Webhook API - trigger a flow whenever a gift is created in RE NXT. In the flow you can check if the constituent has prospect status of Identification
2. Scheduled flow - trigger to run every X number of hours or daily/weekly. In the flow you will check for gift made in the past X number of hours or day/week (align with the trigger) where constituent prospect status is Identification (use Query API is likely the best here).

there are template using Query API, for doing gift digest, webhook ,etc

however, there isn't a template that does exactly what you want.

options:

• take a look at the various template and learn the way through trying them out
  • then start modifying one that does exactly what you want
  • while not the most efficient, starting with this template is likely the easiest to start.
• hire power automate consultant that can help you create the specific automation you want
