Personalize Online Giving Forms?!

Kevin's chasing a donor-experience win: can an Online Giving Form be pre-filled with a donor's contact info when they arrive via a targeted, unique URL — the same way fund, appeal, and other parameters already get passed in? Kevin is exploring the Payments API along with the Constituent API, using the donor's System Record ID.

The goal: less friction for the donor, fewer duplicate records on the NXT backend.

Kevin's strong in Power Automate but light on scripting — he's looking for a teammate with SKY API / Payments API chops to help pull it off.

RENXT User Distribution List Curator

Team "Don't Know Much" is recruiting! Mehari's organization maintains a Microsoft Outlook distribution list of all RENXT users, and it's currently a manual process to keep it current. The project: use Power Automate (or another appropriate tool) to automatically add, remove, and update RENXT users' email addresses as staff join, leave, or change roles.

The payoff: replace manual upkeep with an automated workflow and stop the list from breaking when its owner leaves the organization.

Mehari's new to Power Automate and is specifically looking for fellow rookies or anyone with a bit more experience to learn alongside.
