Pledge Balance Report

Hello everyone. First time poster but I have been learning from you by reading the posts for awhile now. Thank you!

Does anyone have tips on how to create a report or query - anything I can pull into Excel for my finance department - that will give me actual pledge balances as of a specific post date that ends in the past? The cash flow report is what I am looking for but would like to run it as of a certain post date in the past, not today.

I don't believe this report exists, which led me to create my own custom report via SKY API.

In order to create such report, you need details info on:

• all pledge data
• all installments in a pledge (due date and amount)
• all payment and write off that is applied to the installment/pledge
  • these payment and write off are individual gift record in RE too, so they have gift date that would be used as determining factor of if an installment was paid or not before a certain date
