Automating email alerts from Review Submissions and Adding cc/bcc

Is there a way to add automatic Alerts/Notifications for when a Reviewer submits their review? We have several people that would like to be notified. However, it only seems to allow the 'Primary' OR 'Primary and Secondary' 'staff members' OR 'Other' -to receive messages from the portal Reviewers… which is great if they have a question…but still not an automated alert saying the review was completed/ submitted. Otherwise, at best there is a manual option, but we cannot rely on Reviewers to manually do that each time.

I looked in the Review Stage options but nothing related to submissions. The only options on the Reviewer Stage set up appear to be related to invitation (single or batch), Sequential, or password reset. The only options on the grantee portal admin is "allowing email" and designating the sole recipient for all questions/ actions. If I am not the Primary, or the Secondary on a grant, but the one who is in charge of managing a docket full of grants and reviews, … then being able to receive an alert that shows a Review is complete would be very helpful. Cannot find anything related on the system email page either. If I am I overlooking this somewhere, please let me know.
