Constituent form submissions table

We just launched our first constituent form, and I've found that there doesn't seem to be a way to view a table of form submissions (all the responses in one place, the way you can with Event responses) in NXT. Am I missing something?

@Laura Mazuch The constituent forms uses constituent custom fields, rather than event-specific participant options. Constituent custom fields are used across RENXT and can be reused in many places. As such, any reporting will need to be done via query (or Lists) to see totals for the custom field responses.

I would definitely add this to the Idea Bank for a possible future product enhancement for enhanced constituent form reporting!

  • Thank you for the clarification! It sounds like pulling a query/list wouldn't separate constituents added with the online form versus those we add manually from our paper registration forms. I'd need the constituent form to leave some sort of database marker on the constituent's record that I could query against.

I think the hidden custom fields mentioned in another idea bank response are a great idea and might help for this.

It would be lovely if the form automated the query and displayed the results within the form section, though. I've added this to the idea bank here: https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-10293
