Microsoft 365 Copilot & Agent Readiness Assessment

Good morning,

We are starting to develop agents around a few proof of concepts using Microsoft Co-pilot Studio. Before we get to far, I would like to perform a Microsoft 365 Copilot & Agent Readiness Assessment on our M365 tenant. Core assessment areas would be:

1. Identity & access assessment
2. SharePoint & OneDrive Permission assessment
3. Data classification assessment
4. Microsoft Purview assessment
5. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) assessment
6. Content Governance assessment
7. Compliance & Regulatory assessment
8. Agent security assessment
9. Microsoft Graph Exposure assessment

Curious to know if anyone has performed an assessment similar. If so, did you use a consulting firm or perform in house? I would appreciate learning from your experiences.
