Complete record export for SARs request

Does anyone know of a simple way to export an entire record for us to share with our Risk Assurance team in response to a Subject Access Request (SAR)?

    I suggest going to Reports>Profiles, Lists and
    Directories>Constituent Profiles for a full report on
    constituents.
