Hi, all. Please forgive if I'm not posting this in the right spot... I'm hoping to get more votes for a Donor Covers Cost options in RENXT. We've recently migrated from another system, which allowed for this. I don't want to leave any donations on the table!

    Anne Vance‍ while Blackbaud product development plans to add this feature into the product, we don't have a release date. However, if you're using OLX donation forms, "donor cover" can be added as an option today using the SmartDONORCOVER add-on from SmartTHING. They offer this for free to RE/RENXT customers.     Warren from the SmartTHING team here. Just to say thanks to everyone who has been providing feedback on this freebie. Glad to, as a Blackbaud partner, be in a position to provide SmartDONORCOVER to you all. 


    We made a few improvements to the product over the last few months and it seems to answer most people's needs.


    We do also offer SmartPASTE and a few other freebies as well as of course some paid for products...

    We really need this - sooner rather than later for the NXT donation forms that are NOT part of the OLX platform - smartcover only has a product for OLX - :(

    Warren Sherliker‍ I was super excited to learn about smartPASTE, but I can't seem to get it to work on a Mac. Any suggestions?

    Jeannie Goings‍ Sorry - not unless you are using remote desktop, Citrix or some other way of accessing a Windows computer from which you use RE - in this case install SmartPASTE on that Windows computer. Macs use different tech unfortunately.

    Warren Sherliker‍ Competing technologies keep life interesting. Fortunately, my in office computer is a PC, and I do have remote access. I will download SmartPaste on that machine. And hopefully, I will be able to paste away. Thank you for your resonse.
