Crowdfunding & Lapsed Donors Strategies/Discussion
I hope you can assist us in helping out with some of the questions we have:
- Is crowdfunding a part of your strategy to combat the decline in donors?
- What was your initial goal when launching your crowdfunding program?
- What staff and tech resources are required for maintaining your crowdfunding program? Was this an add-on for a staff member?
- Are you using crowdfunding to re-engage lapsed and LYBUNT donors? If so, how?
- Would you be willing to share your crowdfunding policy?
Our team here put together a Lapsed Donor/LYBUNT task force, and any discussion on what strategies have worked/have not would be extremely helpful to us.
