RE Custom Report using Crystal Reports shows no data

Hello Everyone, :-)

I'm hoping someone will be able to help us out with this issue as this is a critical daily report for us!

The custom report, Daily Gift Report (DGR), uses Crystal Reports and exports to Blackbaud Report Writer Database format. It is supposed to export many data fields associated with gifts that we received on a particular date, but it is now exporting a one page report with only some headers and no data. It should contain pages of data because we posted 40 gifts yesterday. See below screen shot of report with no data.

It was created by someone who has long since left the organization and no one here knows anything about Crystal Reports.

The query and export look as shown in the below screen shots.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated! If you need additional information/screen shots, please let me know.

    I would start with clicking on Gifts in the export, then Criteria, and see if there are any dates or other filters there.
