How to get Raiser's Edge on my device
I recently opened an account with my organization in order to edit a donation box coded thru Blackbaud. Unfortunately, it's putting me thru a confusing trail where it looks like I have to download Raiser's Edge NXT in order to access the code, but I can't find out where and how to download it. Where exactly do I need to go in order to make changes for my website?

Bradley, I suggest going to Support with this. You mention three separate actions: adjusting code, changing your website, and downloading NXT. Since NXT is cloud-hosted and accessed through a regular browser, there is to my knowledge, no way to download it per se. A Support rep will be able to analyze your unique situation and advise.
