Let's talk leases! Is anyone working in or considering a lease accounting software to help with the implementation of new standards (for us GASB 87). I have/had demos scheduled with the four listed in the title and would like any experiences (good and bad) that you/your organization have with the packages. Thanks!

    We have so few we decided just to do them manually and took a webinar that went over what we needed to do through Becker CPE.

    LOL @ Bueller? I think no one really wants to talk about it. ? We have very few leases but may consider using LeaseGuru. The software is free for the first two leases, and while I haven't looked into this in too much depth, it does appear that the cost is attractive if you don't have too many leases.
