Has anyone found a way to export the room schedules from BB in a nice clean format? We need to import all the room schedules into Google Calendars so we can use Google as our room booking tool. The Master Schedule report isn't in the correct format, so I'm wondering if anyone has been able to create an advanced list or use the API to pull the data cleanly. Or, if anyone is doing anything else to make booking empty classrooms easier, I'd love to hear it.

    I am not a Google person, but have you tried looking at the Room Utilization Matrix and seeing if that report could help you?

    @Kathleen Peak - we export the Master Schedule Report to excel - and then create our import file to populate our Google Calendars for rooms. The excel file returns date, start time, end time, room name, course section and teacher name - each in their own columns.
