Follett integration?

We are just starting to look into ways to best get information from BB into Follett and was wondering if any other schools out there had any luck?

@Amber LeJeune I spoke with IT, and it seems that we paid Follet ~$435 to facilitate the connection. We worked with Rich Klein (rklein@follettlearning.com). He should be able to help you or point you in the right direction.

@Brian Gray We use Destiny Library Manager, among other things, but this would be the relevant product as we import all of the patron information from Blackbaud.

For anyone still looking, I programmed a sync for this. Follett has one, but it uses OneRoster, and that doesn't include non-teaching staff.

So if anyone needs non-teaching staff, just reach out to me.

Edit: Revisiting this to add that I charge for it. But I'm happy to give a free consultation about the Follett sync situation in general. It's more complicated than it might seem at first glance. My price is lower than Follett's in some situations and theirs is lower in some. And my sync does things theirs doesn't at the time of writing, like syncing patron pictures. Happy to talk more if anyone has questions.
