Attachments not working
Has anyone else been having issues with attachments not uploading into NXT? It just spins and doesn't add any uploads. When I refresh, nothing. When I click on View and go to Attachments, just a flashing green circle where I can't add any attachments.

I just tried and it attached almost instantly and without needing to be refreshed. By chance what was the file size of the attachment?0 -

We are unable to view any attachments that were previously added in the database view in NXT. Are you able, or is anyone else able? We were also not able to add attachments in NXT this am.0 -

78KB, 86KB, 46KB - not large. I've been able to attach PDF at 10,000KB in the past. Not sure why NXT can't handle less than 100 today0 -

those are separate .If you had something on the media tabs in DB view you'd still have to add them as attachments in webview.0 -

definitely not large. I know the limit is 25MB. If it's persisting, I'd chat / call support to make sure there isn't an issue specific to your database going on.1 -

Yesterday I opened a different browser and still had issues with lag time. Today there doesn't seem to be any issues with adding attachments. Thanks!1 -
@Tim Johnson it comes and goes, yesterday, it was most of the morning, then when i tried in the afternoon-all attachments went fast.
