Can transactions be edited after posting to the subledgers?

Assuming the month is still open, can transactions be edited after posting to the subledger? For example - we post the AP subledger every week. Are we allowed to edit a transaction (account/grant/project) if we notice a coding error. If so, will posting the subledger again correct the original subledger posting?

    @Andrew Martinez not on most transactions. But On an Posted invoice, you can. FE would consider that an invoice adjustment. When you change the distribution, then you will have 2 transactions to post again : 1. a reversal for the original distribution and 2. the new adjustment. Just make sure to post it and then that's what reports on the GL after the reversal washes out the original posting.
