Filtering ratings by date last changed

In database view, there seems to be a way to export ratings by date last changed. However, in NXT, I'm searching under Output options and there doesn't seem to be a way to filter ratings to output only the most recent rating. Instead, it's returning multiple rows for each constituent for each rating with a different date. Then when I dedupe in Excel it's eliminating the bottom row which happens to be the latest rating. Does anyone know how to filter ratings by date in NXT? Or know if this is something that will be addressed before database view leaves?
