Welcome to the new year and the first edition of the Buzz for 2026. We are kicking things off with very exciting news! 

Call for Speakers Now Open – bbcon 2026! 

Call for Speakers is now open for bbcon in Columbus, Ohio, September 29–October 1, 2026. Submit a proposal to speak and if accepted, join us as a speaker at the largest event of the year for Blackbaud software users. Thousands of industry professionals are ready to learn what strategies you’re using to navigate change and still make a real impact.  

If you need some inspiration, check out this blog “Mastering Your bbcon Speaker Application” featuring great tips from Blackbaud Community All-Stars. 

You can also share ideas, chime in on what sessions you loved from past bbcons, let potential speakers know what topics you’d like to see covered in this discussion in the bbcon community.
