Issues with Check Printing

Has anyone had issues with the latest update with check printing? Currently when printing a check the check is printing backwards. We have a workaround but wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue as well.

I haven't had that error come up. We have had the error when trying to open the PDF it says it cannot be created. We have had to end up voiding the check and purging the check number then re-running it

Ashley, we are having the same issue with the PDF not creating because it's large. I don't work in FENXT but am the database manager and looking for a solution to the issue. Have you found # of checks is the issue? Or is this always an issue?

I don't think I've had the same issue as you. I don't believe my error said the PDF was too large, but it was corrupted or something along those lines and we weren't able to open the PDF at all. We ended up having to void the check and reissue to get a non-corrupted file

Have you been successful recently with printing checks? I'm going to have finance team test after our scholarship run. I need to see what exactly is happening so I can call BB, so they can address the issue.
