New Portal: Progress Report Due Dates

Hello!

Has anyone yet integrated multi-year progress reports into the new portal? If so, can you tell me about the process?

When I add a form to the workflow, I can make the due date a custom day (like January 1, 2025). But if I use the same Progress Report form for a report due January 1, 2026, would I have to re-upload that form and add the due date?

  • I am just now working on creating my progress reports and am curious as to how the grantee knows the due date. In the past it was indicated on the portal as well as the notification they received.

  • Hi @Rhonda Oakley - I wasn't sure if you still needed help with this, but our due dates have been populating in the applicant and grantee portal using the bbgm_Requirement_Schedule Date field on the progress report and grant agreement forms.
