Action Notes missing from Unified View

In the database view, I had the ability to add multiple notes that are not appearing in the Unified view. How can I get the multiple notes from dview into the unified view?

  • Just to make sure we are on the same page. When you go into a constituent's record in database view, open the Action tab, open an existing action (or create a new action), open the Notes table and click on New Notepad and add a note, it isn't showing up in unified view?

    If that is correct, sounds like a glitch to me as I just tested it and it looks to be functioning for me. Apologies if I'm misunderstanding what you are asking but that is how I'm reading it.

    @Debbie Atkinson You are correct that only the most recent note will display when looking at actions on a constituent's action tile, however, if you click into the action record (in this case click on "Email - Cultivation") you can see all the notes. Not perfect for a quick look, but it does come over.
