RE NXT & Claude

Has anyone connected NXT and Claude together? I am curious how it's working, is it worth it? Did you put up safeguards? Any advice prior to making the connection?

We did eventually work with someone at BB and were able to get it solved. I've been somewhat impressed by what Claude can do to help with RE and build custom proposals and major giving asks. We got it fixed after many convos with BB support.

Thanks Tracy. I was able to get it resolved as well. For others who might stumble upon this thread, the resolution was to enable/opt in to Generative AI across Blackbaud first
