Requirements - Issues with Deleting from the web and Publishing to the New Portal

Hello! Is anyone else having issues with Deleting from the Web and Publishing to the New Portal. We are getting multiple errors and have a case with Blackbaud but have not received a solution. If you have come across this issue and found a solution, any help would be appreciated. We are very frustrated! Thanks!

  • Same here. We are experiencing issues with posting to the new portal. Last month when we went live, we deleted from web and published requirements due through the end of the year to the new portal. Some forms seemed to work fine but we have found others did not publish, even though we did not receive an error. Now with our continued testing, we seem unable to publish to a manual application at all. If we publish to existing, it's publishing back to the legacy portal. We are also frustrated with multiple open cases and no resolution.

  • Same here. I also do not like that I really have to search to see if people submitted their reports. I really hope we get that part of the dashboard back.

  • We've found there is an issue with publishing as a batch. Often most work, but some seem to get stuck half-way. When this happens we have to contact Blackbaud, who can go into the backend and tidy it up.

    I would encourage you to contact Support when this happend: the more people who mention it, the more likely they are to investigate what is happening and fix the bug causing it. Now that IGAM (the legacy portal) has a deadline for closing it is imperative this gets fixed. No grant maker wants to publish requirements one at a time.
