    I was a little bit concerned that the PUB demo for the chatbot summaries included generated text that said the constituent had a "strong relationship" with his spouse! We try very hard to only record factual information on the records rather than subjective opinions - are there levels that can be defined behind the scenes to categorise activity into buckets like that, did it pull that specific phrase from somewhere else on the record, or did it just generate it spontaneously? The scenario I'm even more worried about is if the LLM were to generate text that says a constituent does not have a strong relationship or other similar negative implication…

    Hi Alan - good spot! This was indeed an interesting output from the AI, it was driven by the fact that we are still hooking Blackbaud AI to more Blackbaud CRM data points (that is ongoing at the time of this response) and it was recorded out of a Blackbaud Sample database. Rest assured that as we put this through its full testing phase, we will be looking for subjective outputs such as this.
