Access Denied Question
Hello everyone! I've run into a weird problem and I thought coming here would be the best way to find a solution.
Under Admin > Security > User details, my account is listed as Organization Admin, as well as Solution Admin for each of our Environments. My security group role is Supervisor Users, so I should theoretically have full and complete access across everything. In the day to day work, this has not been a problem.
The problem is coming from when I go to the Resource Center and under the 'Stay Current' tab, whenever I try to open the 'Spring cleaning for Raiser's Edge NXT' link, I receive an Access Denied page.
I've checked all my permissions and don't otherwise have any glaringly obvious privileges unchecked, so I'm not sure why I'd be unable to access this one specific link. I have tried clearing my cookies/cache/history with no change. Does anyone have any insight into what I might be missing permissions wise for why this one resource is restricted?

Heads up! You're in a restricted area.You can't view this page while signed in as "my school email address". Ask your administrator for access.

Same here and I'm the DBA for our system with full access. Guessing it is a glitch.
