Coping previous invoice in FENXT

Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble with FENXT accounts payable entering an invoice and the previous invoice information is not there to copy? It was a time-saver, now it’s gone! How did you fix it?

  • Having the same issue, it just started today so it might be a bug that needs fixed.

  • I sure hope they fix it soon; I am spoiled with this conveyance for them to take it away. 😊

  • Just came here to find help on this problem. Copying a previous invoice is real time saver and the option to do so needs fixed soon.

  • Just tried a new invoice, it's back to normal.

  • Copy previous not fixed as of this morning. I agree, this update was a bad move for those of us with lots of bills to the same vendor.

  • I was having this problem yesterday (5/19/26) but it seems to be back now. I realized, however, they took away the search box where you could easily pull up a previous invoice to copy and now you have to click the box to search for an invoice, then type and click again to select and then click the copy…that's 3 extra clicks!! It needs to be changed back or an option to have the search box available. So frustrated.

  • *sigh* I 100% agree! It is so frustrating they took an easy save-timing tool and added 3 unnecessary clicks that take you out of the groove when adding multiple invoices. I hope they can fix it to the way it was.

  • I understand that for new users it might be beneficial to know what is being copied, but EVERY INVOICE?!? This addition is too reparative and needs a option to disable as well as bringing back the search function. I'm really disappointed that they removed a useful feature and added one that disrupts workflow.

  • The extra click from the copy seems to be back to normal, however the search box to easily find a previous invoice to copy is still not available. Is it like that for everyone else? Hopefully this was just a glitch when updating something else and will not be gone forever.
