Does anyone send documents to be signed via Blackbaud?

I would like to use a agreement form created within Blackbaud for grantees to receive, sign and return. What has been your experience with this if your organization does this process? Has anyone used DocuSign? or what service have you used and been happy with?

    We would love to know what others are doing also.

    We currently have a link to a PDF document embedded in our Grant Agreement form that we push as a requirement when we approve a grant. We ask people to e-sign or print and sign and then reupload to the portal to submit. This has worked relatively well though we have to be careful with Adobe settings and permissions on the PDF. It would be great if there was a way to do this directly through Blackbaud and not need them to re-upload an external document. We also played around with pasting the language from our grant agreement directly into the form and requiring a signature to submit, but we weren't sure that satisfied legal requirements from a compliance standpoint.

    We use DocuSign for our agreements and have an Office "Add-in" I added to my toolbar in Word. When I generate the letter in BBGM, it opens in Word where I can then easily integrate with DocuSign. When the agreement is fully executed, we upload it to the grant record. Not seamless, but easy.

    We use Adobe eSign - We have Reusable templates for Statement of Intent that we can track and have multiple parties sign. There is a way to push one-time and auto reminders, to see when things were rec and if they were opened, and when, etc.

    I included some redacted screenshots of tracking windows, activity logs, reminders, and reusable templates - program all the fields and assign signers once and make life much easier :)
