Dorms By School Level API Repeats Data when Buildings Switch School Levels

We found a bug within the Dorms by School Level API recently that I wanted to share with others. Support Case 020909334 has been submitted.

When a dorm that has residents assigned to it for one academic year and a school level is switched to a different school level the following academic year, the UI and API start to become corrupt. Our team decided to then create the same building twice with the School Level in the name to resolve the UI issue but the API issue remains. Here is an example of what this API now returns when I pass in a school year and school level

@Stephen Boyle and @Todd DeSchuiteneer I thought I would tag you both to help get the support ticket over to your team. Though there is a UI bug that has been an issue for several years now, it's persisteted to the API as well.
