cash receipt deposit report is not printing correctly

Have there been changes to the cash receipt deposit report? Yesterday (6/3/26) it printed correctly with all the information we need and then today (6/4/26) the report does not show the payment information in the bottom section with the description. We need to have this information reflected since this report is sent to various departments within our agency. Please correct what is going wrong with this report.

  • We are experiencing the same issue. I even tried to create a new report from the reports menu rather than printing the canned one that can be run from the deposit itself. It still won't show the details.

  • I sure am hoping that someone at Blackbaud is fixing this report right now and returning it to the way it was to show the details!
