Display invoice number after creating

Hello, when I create an invoice in FE WebView, after I create the invoice, instead of bringing me right into the invoice, it brings me into the client's account activity and I have to search for the invoice I just created. Once I find it, I click on it to go in and add line items. This is not easy when you have an account with numerous invoices. I have to check my dates and verify the last invoice number I created to make sure I have the correct one. In the database when you created an invoice, it would tell you immediately the invoice number and you would be in the invoice still. Hoping the WebView will change. Any input? TY!

    Karen, when you're making the Invoice, are you making it, saving it blank? When I add a new invoice in Receivables, I see the area for line items where I can add it even before I save it. Just curious on the order of the events and clicks.

    Hi Kevin, I went in to create an invoice in WebView, as I've been doing them in the database as things seem quicker lately. I just added an invoice and this time it actually brought up the invoice number and now I'm right in the screen where I can add line items. Before it did not do that, it just took me to the activity screen on the client's account. I'm glad to see the change and will give it another try in WebView. Thank you for reaching out - it was good so I could go in and see the changes. :)

    Update - When I'm creating an invoice, there is not an area to add line items while creating it. :( The other day when I created an invoice and saved it, the invoice I just created popped right up so I could add line items. Now it's back to going to the client activity so I have to find the one I created, click on it then I can add the line items. I'll keep trying to see if I've missed something, but I cannot seem to find anything. It's too bad, I was really excited the other day when it just popped up and I didn't have to search for it. :(
