    It’s been activated at a few of my clients’ organizations, and several teams are experimenting with prompts. We’re seeing mixed results — partly because the tool itself is still inconsistent, and partly because messy historical data makes it hard for the AI to return meaningful responses.

    I’m reminding organizations that a successful experience with a tool like this requires time and effort: the underlying data needs to be accurate and consistent, and users need to provide ongoing feedback so the tool can continue to improve. While I’m hopeful about its long‑term potential, I also recognize that most organizations are already juggling a lot during the DBV‑to‑WV transition. For many of them, this just isn’t the moment to introduce another layer of complexity.
