That is odd. I uploaded and then click on it to download and is able to do so. Now I can't download neither.

I see the same error as Catalina. @Crystal Bruce can you check with our platform vendor to see what's going on?

@Akhil Eldho Renji note above there is a hard coded link to the file download that apparently works. @Crystal Bruce please note this is still an issue that needs to be addressed.
