  • Hi @Lisa Kirby - Tagging in All-Stars @Elaine Tucker and @Patricia Nowak! I'm also exploring external channels to try and drum up some more responses here. Thanks!

  • We have used Paychex for many years and are overall happy with it.

  • We have used Paycor since the fall of 2020. Have been pleased for the most part. They have a bunch of features that we do not utilize as our payroll is fairly simple. Paycor costs have increased each year and we feel it is getting a little expensive for what we need but haven't shopped other companies yet so don't know how it compares to others. When there have been issues with billings it takes forever to get a credit back.

  • We use PayCom. They wanted to charge us $1K for SSO. Support isn't great, especially when we reach out to our support specialist. Our HR/Business Office likes it, and PayCom does support the entire process - recruiting, payroll, and more. Not great at the onboarding/offboarding things like checklists and approvals. They released an AI dashboard, that made it harder to do a simple thing like see an employee's full time sheet. They are OK, but frustrating to someone with an IT personality.

  • I use Paylocity. I love the free classes.
