Opportunities Pre-populating an Ask Amount and Expected amount - can this be inactivated
Hey All, has anyone found a way to inactivate the pre-population of the Ask Amount and Expected Amount in Opportunities? My organization would like the amounts to start as $0 instead of the inaccurate amounts appearing automatically in the opportunity.
Is this something that we can turn off?

It sounds like you have Prospect Insights - probably the paid version - which is causing this to happen. I'm not 100% sure since I have not experienced it myself, but found this article relatively quickly via a knowledgebase search.
