Is there a 'Pending' category in the Summary Budget chart for payment amounts associated with unapproved requests?

When I add the Budget Summary dashboard widgit, or try to build a pipeline report, my options are limited Current budget amount, total Paid, total Committed and the Balance. Committed appears to be defined as any payment that is scheduled, Not paid, regardless of if the request has been approved or not. It would be great to have a category to display in that chart or in reports that showed payments for grant requests that are in the pipeline, but unapproved (i.e., Pending). These are not committed yet because they have not been approved, but they factor into the impact on the budget so it would be very useful to see it in the chart. Is there a way to do this that I am overlooking? Thanks.
