K12UC - Questions

Greetings! A few questions regarding the conference:

  1. Will there be an online agenda tool, like bbcon, where we can save our sessions?
  2. Will there be an app?
  3. Can we get an Excel/G-Sheets agenda?
    1. I'd prefer to read the session descriptions without having to click on each one.
  4. What's the difference between the following?
    1. Session Block 1
    2. Breakout Session
    3. General Session
    4. Unconference
  5. What unconference sessions will there be?

Thank you!!

    Hi @Art Bryman,
Thanks for your questions! A "Know Before You Go" email will be heading to attendee inboxes soon. This email will include app information, that will have an agenda builder.
Session Block and Breakout sessions are the same thing.
General Session refers to the Mainstage session for day 2.
We will be sure to explain the ins and outs of the Unconference — it's one of our most anticipcated elements. We'll start with a group session and define the breakouts from there.

If you need additional support, our onsite teams will be happy to help clarify. You'll find us at the registration area, in the expo hall, and around the sessions.

We look forward to seeing you in Boston next week! Safe travels.

  • Many sessions are already listed as "At Capacity". That doesn't seem right, since Lunch is also at capacity. Can someone look into this? I should be able to add sessions, even if they are at capacity. I haven't registered for any sessions, so this can't be true:

    Lunch

Salon E-GThis session is at capacity or you have registered for another session at this time.

  • also - can someone add date/time filters to Session Catalog and the Agenda Builder? I often want to see what's available at a specific session time, but neither is possible with the current lists.
